1. Terms of payment
Payment:
The full amount is due no later than 14 days after the invoice date. Participation is only possible if full payment is received on time.Non-payment of the remaining amount:
If the remaining payment is not made 14 days before the start of the event, the registration will be automatically canceled.
2. Cancellation conditions
Up to 21 days before the start:
Cancellations made 21 days or earlier before the event will receive a 100% refund of the deposit.Up to 3 days before the start:
Cancellations made between 21 and 3 days before the start date will receive a refund of 75% of the deposit. The remaining amount is non-refundable unless the spot can be filled again.
Less than 3 days before the start:
For cancellations less than three days before the start of the event, the organizer will endeavor to fill the spot. If this is successful, the registration fee will be refunded. If this is not possible, a voucher for a future event within 24 months will be issued.
3. Transfer of participation
Participation can be transferred to another person up to 3 days before the start of the event, provided that they meet all participation requirements.
4. Changes and cancellations by the organizer
Minimum number of participants:
If the minimum number of participants of 8 is not reached, the organizer reserves the right to cancel the event up to 10 days before the start date. In this case, the full amount will be refunded.Force majeure/pandemic:
Should the retreat not be able to take place on-site as planned due to force majeure (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics), the event will be offered online so that participants can continue to benefit from the content and network. A full refund will only be issued if neither a postponement nor an online alternative is possible.
